Master Single-Tasking for Deeper Focus

Multitasking is a myth; it's rapid task-switching that fragments attention and degrades work quality. Single-tasking allows your brain to fully immerse itself in one problem, leading to deeper cognitive engagement, higher quality output, and significantly faster task completion. It builds mental endurance and reduces errors from divided focus.
